Industry: Hospitality

  • Casa Madera

Casa Madera is a small studio in Roma Norte, founded by Diego Madera in 2017. We work with restaurants, hotels, mezcalerías, and lifestyle brands — places where every detail of the experience is part of the design.

Our process always starts on the ground: we eat at the restaurant, sleep at the hotel, talk to the staff. Brand identity follows hospitality, not the other way around.

  • Hartwell Studio

Hartwell Studio is a London-based design practice working at the intersection of fashion, beauty, and editorial. Founded by Ines Hartwell in 2014, the studio is known for its restraint, its love of paper stocks, and a refusal to chase trends.

We work on fewer projects at a time and we work slowly. Most of our engagements span six to twelve months and end with both a brand system and a printed monograph.

  • Studio Vermeer

Studio Vermeer was founded in 2016 by Hanna Vermeer after a decade of art-directing at international magazines. The studio works at the intersection of editorial design and brand identity, with a particular love for typographic systems.

We believe brands should read like books — pacing, voice, and attention to detail matter as much as the cover. We collaborate with museums, indie publishers, hotels, and cultural festivals across Europe and North America.

  • North & Co.

North & Co. is a Brooklyn-based design studio founded in 2018 by Mara North and a small group of senior designers from agencies like Pentagram and Mucca. We work primarily with early-stage founders, mission-driven brands, and cultural institutions to build identity systems that feel inevitable rather than designed.

Our process is collaborative and research-led. We spend the first weeks of every engagement immersed in the business — talking to customers, auditing existing assets, and writing the brand story before a single mark is drawn. We believe great design only happens when it’s earned.
